You can expect the maze to take about 10-15 minutes to walk through. Located inside the big red barn, we have built it with points of interest such as, the torture chamber, the armory, the wizards study and the dungeon cell. It also has costumed actors to enhance the experience. It is not a haunt and there is no blood or gore.
A word to the wise, beware the smoke cannon because it comes with an evil curse!
While we don’t have an age restriction, the recommended age is 12+.
*Note the Medieval Dungeon Maze is not wheelchair accessible.

About The Show
A: Pumpkins After Dark is Canada’s award winning Halloween event. Witness the magic of pumpkins coming to life after dark in a one-of-a-kind walk through experience. Featuring over 10,000+ hand carved pumpkins, explore the magical pathway of lit pumpkin sculptures and displays, with music, sounds and special effects. With classic Halloween characters, dinosaurs and dragons, movie and pop culture icons – this family friendly event has something for everyone!
A: We use a combination of craft and real pumpkins throughout the event. Every pumpkin is hand-carved by Canadian artists, using 2D and 3D techniques. Our large installations are made of specialty craft pumpkins (a unique low density foam) to mimic the texture and density of a real pumpkin. Since these pumpkins won’t rot, our artists can design and build larger, even more impressive displays.
A: Our creative team works year-round designing, carving and building the pumpkin displays. It takes approximately 11 months to create one show. At Pumpkins After Dark, we take pride in showcasing the incredible talent of local Canadian artists. Each sculpture is meticulously hand-drawn and carved, representing hours of dedication and passion.
