A:Tickets must be purchased online in advance. No on-site ticket sales.
Please note that tickets are date and time specific. Please ensure you are purchasing the tickets for the correct date.
A: Tickets may be exchanged for a different date and or time up to 7 days before the date on your ticket. Please note that missed dates cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
As a current ticket holder, you have the ability to exchange your tickets for any available alternative dates and times on your own using the Exchange Tickets button. This can be found by visiting your invoices page when logged into your Showpass account. Instructions on exchanges can be found here. All ticket exchanges are dollar for dollar.
